These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the APEX Elite website, APEX 48-Hour Experience, member areas, digital services, programs and related services provided by APEX Elite Global Ltd.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in APEX Elite services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering.

The APEX 48-Hour Experience is an introductory experience designed to allow users to explore aspects of the APEX system.

Access to the 48-Hour Experience does not automatically create an obligation to purchase a paid APEX program unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where an account is required, you are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• keeping your login credentials confidential
• maintaining the security of your account
• notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation

You must not share your account with another person unless expressly permitted by APEX Elite.

APEX Elite may offer digital coaching, executive development programs, educational content, AI-supported services, member areas, workshops and related services.

Specific services, prices, duration, payment terms and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be presented separately at the time of purchase.

The APEX AI Coach is an AI-supported coaching and preparation tool.

It is designed to provide reflection, preparation, questions, exercises, suggestions and coaching-oriented support.

It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate for every situation. Users remain responsible for decisions they make based on information provided by the AI Coach.

All APEX Elite content, materials, frameworks, branding, videos, audio, workbooks, written materials, software, designs and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to APEX Elite Global Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase or access to an APEX service does not transfer ownership of APEX Elite intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or commercially exploit APEX Elite materials without prior written permission.

You must not:

• use the services unlawfully
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• interfere with the operation or security of the services
• copy or redistribute protected APEX content
• use the services to infringe another person’s rights
• upload malicious software or harmful material

Where a paid service is offered, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.

Additional payment, cancellation and refund terms may apply to specific products or programs.

APEX Elite provides educational and coaching-oriented services.

We do not guarantee any particular career, financial, professional, business or personal result.

Results depend on many factors, including the participant’s circumstances, decisions, effort and implementation.

Our services may rely on third-party technologies and providers.

We are not responsible for independent failures, interruptions or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We aim to provide reliable access to our services but do not guarantee that the website or digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, uses the service unlawfully or threatens the security or integrity of our systems or other users.

Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to that limitation, APEX Elite Global Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the services, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

APEX Elite may develop, improve or modify its services from time to time.

Where a change materially affects a service you have already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on the website and will include the relevant “Last updated” date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
