Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, digital products, and subscriptions provided by The Apex Elite, represented by Diana Krammer, Günselsdorferstrasse 11, 2544 Leobersdorf, Austria ("we," "our," or "us"), via the website theapexelite.com.

By applying for and enrolling in the APEX Executive Identity™ architecture, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our program and architecture are designed strictly and exclusively for corporate executives, senior leaders, and professionals acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity (B2B).

Because our services are customized, digital, and tailored directly to business execution, all sales are final. According to Austrian and international commercial law, there is no right of withdrawal or refund once access to the 8-week curriculum or the AI Executive Advisor has been granted.

Due to the immediate digital delivery and proprietary nature of the coaching materials, assessments, and personalized AI Coach access within The Apex System™, all sales are final. Once a user logs into the member portal, accesses any digital content, or initiates a session with the AI Coach, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your right to a refund or cancellation is completely waived. No partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Cohort Investment: The current promotional Founding Network rate is $2,400 (Standard: $4,900), payable upfront prior to onboarding.
• AI Subscription: After the initial 8-week core program concludes, continuing access to the 24/7 personalized AI Executive Advisor is available via a monthly recurring subscription of $299.
• Subscription Cancellation: The $299 subscription can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle via email to admin@theapexelite.com. No partial refunds are issued.

Admission to each summer cohort is strictly limited to 10 dedicated seats to preserve elite peer-group quality. Seats are allocated based on our personal application review. Upon approval and payment, our engineering team will program and train a dedicated AI Executive Advisor tailored specifically to the Client's professional corporate background.

All videos, the APEX Lifestyle MP3 audio tracks, Subconscious Rewiring MP3 files, the Action Workbook, and the E-Book are the exclusive intellectual property of The Apex Elite. The Client receives a non-transferable, single-user license for personal professional development. Any sharing, distribution, or commercial reproduction of these assets is strictly prohibited.

The APEX program provides advanced executive identity architecture, strategic tools, and AI-driven reflection data. We do not guarantee specific corporate promotions, board seats, or financial metrics. The Client remains solely responsible for their own corporate decisions, actions, and professional results.

These Terms and all contractual relationships between us and the Client shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the competent court at the Commercial Registry Court (Landesgericht Wiener Neustadt), Austria.
